• Contact details: if you email us or use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not run advertising trackers, build behavioural profiles, or detect your location, IP or device for marketing.

How we use information

Contact information is used only to reply to your enquiry. A locally stored username is used only to display a greeting in your browser.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You can clear a locally stored username at any time by logging out or clearing your browser storage.

Retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your query. Local account data lives on your device and is never transmitted to us.

Children

BouquetPlay is for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
